Hey Jannie, I have to run to work. YUK! But I just wanted to stop by and say Happy New Year to you and the rest of the gang. Hope 2007 blows this one away for us all.

jannie, I am surprised you believe what Petar said. He was on the blog late night till early AM and clearly said that the Lawyers had time until 4 am to set things right. The lawyers were actually sent to the Windsor Star to get the article retracted. They did not succeed. The paper printed the news and the stock tanked. Petar knew about the impending news and tried to get it retracted. Petar did not issue a statement by 9 am that day, as promised, because the WS printed the news. He was in pain and shock.

There was no AF's and no audit firm did any audit. If you believe Petar, ask him to clearly give the name, # of the audit firm, auditors who signed that document and try to get a looksie of that said audit. Also can you get the names of the experts who told him that the said af's were inaccurate and not truthful..
There is no truth in Petar.

I doubt that Petar even knew when the WS article was going to run. It's just not how newspapers work. I'm sure he knew that there would be a story once the reporter cornered him, but as far as the timing and the context of the story, I'm sure Peatr was in the dark, although by the answers to his questions, I'm sure he knew it wasn't going to be positive. Bottom line is that Petar never had AFs and the fact that he set a dropdead date of Nov. 15th to keep the massive short interest that he and his cronies had accrued under that radar says it all. Petar has assets and I think the shareholders at this point would be well advised at this point to seek recompense.
