Moneycane, I do believe Petar had AFs in hand but didn't post them because he knew the underlying financial statements were falsified by one of his buddies at Kore, and that if he posted the audit knowing it was falsified, he might go to jail (which he himself has said). However, I do not believe (nor does the OSC) that PWC or KPMG were ever involved with the audit. I firmly believe that Petar and his cronies both sold at the highs and shorted at the highs, with no intention whatsoever of ever covering. This has been my theory for weeks. Not only does Petar have assets (at least he did a few weeks ago), but I also believe there are a few deep pockets which may be implicated here, who will have much greater losses to fear if they can be tied in by the regulatory agencies.
Time will tell. I am deeply saddened by the consequences already suffered and yet to be suffered by the shareholders of this company. I wish you and yours a Happy New Year.
