Petar couldn't have known about that Windsor Star article that early - he had decided already not to post the AFs, as evidenced by his continuing to give excuse after excuse earlier on the blog, then the slight delay which would be explained at 4am EST. Give me a break! Windsor Star didn't have anything to do with him not posting the AFs. He has said himself that he didn't post them because he would have gone to jail as they weren't truthful.
