Would they need to wait for a damages judgement before they appeal or can the appeal now based on the default judgement ruling? Also, the opinion of the court that is being completed, I am assuming, is going to support the basis for the current judge’s decision to rule in GDSIs favor etc., correct?

The court knows it would be smart for Rontan to delay another 6 months by filing an appeal which would probably cost them $100,000 at the minimum.
