The right to appeal the default judgment has long sailed. They can appeal the courts decision on the Motion to Set Aside Judgment. On the other matters, I'm not sure and I'm sure the court is wrestling this one also. Do they have a right to challenge the damages claims by GDSI? The nature of a default judgment is that a party is out of the case.
