Airys

I own 75,000 shares for which I paid 18 cents each. I support your efforts. The way I see it the only realistic hope for a substantial rise in the stock price is the ME business. This seems to hinge on the work of Petard. I don't know who was responsible for publishing what seems to be false information of net profits of about 15 million dollars.

Airys, best thing you've said in a while. Don't play their game. Just continue positng the information, and let everyone read it and interpret it within the confines of their own context. I, for one, appreciate the effort you are making here.

¶ I am not going to spend my whole day arguing with people that want to argue and spin things around. With people like that no one will ever get anywhere no matter how much explaing anybody does. It is clear that I will NEVER be able to get anywhere with these people. I have a life and a family and I do not intend on spending my day with bashers.

aires"
i believe that you are just a stockholder like myself ,and that you are only trying to get honest info on the company.it is sad that some people on this board seems to be getting satisfaction out of the fact that a lot of us has lost a lot of money that we all worked hard for.
hopefully this will turn around and thanks for at least trying.

Airys418, I believe most of us do appreciate what you are doing but it's very hard to believe or have any faith in anything that comes out of PV'S mouth.

"with over 300 commercial accounts and making money. All of the deals that are being completed will only add to the bottom line."
Which bottom line? The one of 6 months ago or the one today? With all that is the bottom line even worth near what it was 6 months ago? If we ever get some AF'S we will know.

Good luck!

"Everything they say now will only be used against them by bashers and others who have a clear agenda to hurt them and it's shareholders."

Are you blind, deaf, and dumb? They have financially harmed "us", by misleading statements and outright lies. You should be sympathetic to those whom you call bashers. They have probally lost a ton of hard earned cash from simply trusting the publically released statements of the ceo and company. Then in your little "pompous way", you come on here defending the very ones that have stolen from us, all the while blaming the ones that were stolen from. You kind of sound like Petar. You have crossed the line to where you disgust me. I wonder how your friends and family feel about you? If you want to do your "thing", then do it in private and leave the rest of people that did not have inside knowledge to help us alone!

"As it is we are an 18 year old company that is PAID IN FULL COMPLETELY with over 300 commercial accounts and making money. All of the deals that are being completed will only add to the bottom line. "

How do we know this? Do we have any proof? Or are you just taking PV at his word?

Airys, Great post. I agree 100% with you. Some people on this board have stated they don't have any shares in SLJB, but you see them posting around the clock bashing what do you think that is about, lol. Yes some people spin any news, we know what is going on with that. I can't wait till the 8th to see what is said in court, you know even after that is done and if it is positive the same people will try and bash something else. That is why I don't even waste my time answering them, they must get paid by the post lol. The true shareholders thank you for all your help and input, don't let them get under your skin. Enjoy your weekend with your family. Happy New Year to all, and have a safe one.

All said, all done for the day. Waste nary another breath on the sinister naysayers of ill intent.

#231931 RE: S.A.G. #231737

why would a cement broker run his deals through a public company? to raise money to expand what? you said your father was a broker himself and all he had was an office a desk and a computer. why didn't he run his deals through a public company and share the profits with others?

on the other hand petar started the 20mil colchester project using a private company. now that's a project you want to raise some money to fund.

#232016 RE: S.A.G. #231737

Airys, with all due respect, the company and Steve Sulja cannot speak for what detrimental actions may have been taken by Petar Vucicevich and Andrew DeVries, because frankly, I don't think they have a clue yet to what extent their underhanded actions have jeopardized the Sulla family name and business. At this point, I still want to think that Steve Sulja was somehow "used" by the bad actors, at least to some extent, because he was "taken in" by Petar and Andrew, and naive as to what they were doing, at least up until some point when it may have hit him between the eyes. Time shall tell.

I am quite sure that they will have separate law firms representing them (that is, if Andrew even bothers to respond or show up, which I doubt, as he surely is not still in Ontario). It also sounds to me as though Petar might not have a very good attorney, if one at all, due to the fact that he continues to very indiscriminately spew information out in a somewhat public manner. If I were his attorney, I would refuse to continue his representation. Any attorney worth his salt would have shut Petar up right away. I have seen many uncontrollable clients in my law office experience, and the attorneys simply do not abide this sort of behavior.

Given that, the January 8 hearing will indeed be interesting, though not very substantive, as it appears they will only decide whether to extend the Dec. 22 CTO order, and set a hearing on the OSC complaint (the heart of the matter).

I hope you enjoy the New Year celebration with loved ones (or at least people you like...LOL), without bothering to look at this board.

Jannie
