Not correct and you're too smart for that. The court knows it would be smart for Rontan to delay another 6 months by filing an appeal which would probably cost them $100,000 at the minimum. Therefore, the court is writing an opinion which takes time. The court is being careful in their opinion because it will be part of the record at the appeal. The previous MTD took 5 months for a decision to be filed so at this point, we are only at 3 months
