if they truly want to avoid liability - they shouldn't manufacture more than xx amount per year (at a rate not to exceed the >500 population) ....that way when pharmacies run out of GV - they have no choice but to use V.....

I also believe AMRN will litigate. After all nothing to lose.

There's a chance there. But not a high one.
