There is one caveat, when gV is out, V becomes tier 3 from t2, copay will be very high. So even gV is short supply, many scripts will not be filled. Sorry, that is how I see it.

Sure, when GV runs out if the patient wants the drug they'll be given V - but they'll pay a lot more for it, will be on a higher tier than GV.
