Airys, big law firms take losing cases all the time (the ERON people also had the best attorneys money could buy). Unless their client is suing someone or some organization, then the firm might take the case, if they think they have a chance of winning or settling, on a contingency fee. Other wise everyone else pays cash. I know a little bit about the practice of law, more from the business perspective, because I am married to an attorney. All attorneys will tell you they believe their clients are innocent and they will fight to the end. The fact is that the best attorneys still lose cases. Why, because their clients are guilty. Is PV guilty of defrauding the shareholders? That will depend on the facts of the case and the jury (if this case goes to trial). Only a fool would admit to someone on this board that they were really guilty of defrauding people. From your posts you seem like a good guy that only wants SLJB to do well and make a few dollars, but you have to admit that PV's past performance with putting out truthful PR's has been lacking.
