Jails have lots of people sitting in them right now that are legitimately innocent. Every body needs an attorney, just ask the Duke University Lacrosse players accused of rape.

Apparently you or some one you've known have never been falsely accused of any type of wrong doing. Now I'm not saying that is the case here, however, lawyers do represent other then criminals.
