You seem like an OK person to me. One only trying to get to the bottom of things and inform others. However, NOT knowing all the facts at this point, pro or con, if I was your attorney I would advise you to separate yourself from these people and cease and desist any further communications with the defendants. By not doing so and repeating lies to the public made by PV and CO. to entice more stock purchases, you could inadvertently incriminate yourself as a co-conspirator and open yourself up to unwanted legal fees at the least.
