I agree with your thoughts with the exception of the PPS dripping downward. We are on an up trend currently and have good revenue streams and new products shipping currently. Notwithstanding the current impact of the settlements looming, this is a solid company across the board. Fair valve currently IMO is around .95-1.25 (not including settlements). I firmly believe the float is being pretty tightly held awaiting the said settlements. We are only getting closer to the dates that Google and others will have to PAY THE PIPER! No reason for this PPS to depreciate.

You have the right idea here. If you string search the subject of how long it takes googlie to settle(not on Googlie, it takes you to phishing sites), you will find that the entity settles rather quickly when things like diversity, discrimination, or illegal tracking happen. Unfortunately, this entity normally goes out kicking and screaming when it comes to patent suits. Ms Lee, who was in charge of the USPTO during the Obama years, was in charge of AI(artificial intelligence) at Googlie before being installed. That was no weird happening. It was cold and calculated. She set up 3 panel 'hanging judges' that simply was not constitutional, but happened anyway. They crucified small companies like nlst, denying patent validity at will. After all, they were installed, not elected. IMO, Googlie will wait to see who wins the next presidential election for good reason: It the Dems win, they get to play god again, install a uspto head, then get out of jail free again. If the repubs win,(Trump put his foot up Lee's but and booted her but out and declared it unconstitutional what she did) NLST has a good chance of winning down the line. Make no mistake, if C. Hong was on the good side of googlie, he would be playing ball with them already. It will take time, but in the end, it will pay off, as long as the USPTO doen't fall into the wrong hands again. JMHO
