She set up 3 panel 'hanging judges' that simply was not constitutional, but happened anyway. They crucified small companies like nlst, denying patent validity at will. After all, they were installed, not elected. IMO, Googlie will wait to see who wins the next presidential election for good reason: It the Dems win, they get to play god again, install a uspto head, then get out of jail free again. If the repubs win,(Trump put his foot up Lee's but and booted her but out and declared it unconstitutional what she did) NLST has a good chance of winning down the line. Make no mistake, if C.
