I doubt there are millions of patients with trig above 500. The condition is rare.

This Hickma PR makes it plain what the intent of Hickma is...i.e.to effect a monster number of sales with Generic Vascepa...which can only be done through inducing infringement on Amarin's Reduce-It patents patents for CVD.

If you brandish a weapon and say you can shoot someone with it, do you have to wait until a person is shot before you intercede?

This proves their intent to infringe on non marine scripts. They feel emboldened and free to state that they will knowingly be treating millions of patients and take a huge chunk of this 1.1 billion in sales. They admit that they are ramping up supply to meet the demand. They believed they won and are now untouchable regarding infringement because they thought it would only be perpetrated by the doctors, insurers, pharmacies, PBM’s and the states that require a switch to generics. Think again Hikma. You knowingly admit that you intend to infringe and if you supply beyond the marine indication market, you’ll pay!! Go to hell you scumbags!!!
