They feel emboldened and free to state that they will knowingly be treating millions of patients and take a huge chunk of this 1.1 billion in sales. They admit that they are ramping up supply to meet the demand. They believed they won and are now untouchable regarding infringement because they thought it would only be perpetrated by the doctors, insurers, pharmacies, PBM’s and the states that require a switch to generics. Think again Hikma. You knowingly admit that you intend to infringe and if you supply beyond the marine indication market, you’ll pay!! Go to hell you scumbags!!!
