Hi alphapuppy, do you have any idea why the median PFS in the IMUC ITT population for the control group was so high at 10.1 months, compared to the historical median PFS for newly diagnosed Glioblastoma, which is only about 5 to 6 months?
alphapuppy, it is already out there since 9/4 with 100s of comments that I need to enjoy reading them yet. I am so mad at myself why I did not see it earlier. I am so much into this ihub board I lose all my other activities. Anyway, thanks for the blog. It is an amazing work. God bless you and your family for finding time to put together this article and again thanks a million. And I want all longs please go read this blog at SA by alphapupy and that is your treat for this evening prior to LP's presentation tomorrow. Go NWBO!
Excellent analysis alphapuppy! I too think this should be a good success. The km curves you created are similar to the survival curves presented by the principal investigator Dr Liau and dr Prins except theirs showed a curve only in the mesenchymal group which shows a greater iOS survival vs soc as they clearly state this is the group that has the best impact from immunotherapy. They both also showed a survival curve for proneural with quoting Dr Prins "no difference". As we do not yet have such subgroup data from the trial your graphs are closer (treatment vs soc) but still show a meaningful advantage Looking forward to the full data Thanks and good luck
