The warrants cant be exercised at any time

Over 400m in warrants can execute anytime.

Just like the toxic convertible notes arent being converted.

Both would result in a tremendous windfall profit to the holders. So why arent they moving forward exercising or converting?

It seems clear PCT has blocked them from doing so. If they havent, these conversions and exercises would be going on relentlessly

Theyd have been converting/exercising months ago but PCT has them blocked. Perhaps tying up what left of the authorized so theres no shares to convert into.. perhaps many reasons but I guarantee thats exactly whats going on.
