The simple fact is, no one knows. You're speculating. It could be true that the debt is being renegotiated, it could be the debtors are holding on for a better share price, or there could be some mystical magic means by which pctl would be blocking them (not very likely given how debt actually works, go take a loan and try to block the debtors from collecting and let us know how that goes) no one knows what the answer is and my statement that they can execute at any time is very accurate as the terms in the financials don't have a maturity date associated with them. Provide some factual info that backs up the claim that pctl is blocking them and I'll be happy to believe it, but as of right now that simply isn't true, it's pure speculation.
