A bit over 9M of those warrants have been exercised and converted into stock in Q2. Very likely sold already.
Most of these warrants have an expiration date in 2024. Some may not be sold. The rest will spread out over a very long period. Shouldn't hold us back. The convertibles is a bigger problem, usually, and it seems they have already taken care of that.
Which leaves the A-shares and the C-shares. Which will not be dumped.
Make things easy for yourself and account for 1 billion shares outstanding in a few years.
Agreed. The original question was in regards to why certain posters believe a much lower sp is realistic, the topic of dilution is a very real part of that. I would love clarification on it but so far all we have is the impending aspect that they can be executed. I haven't seen a statement from Gary or the company to lead me to believe they won't be or can't be executed. It's complete speculation to assume anything outside of the warrants have been issued and that they can be executed at any time.
