They have production in the UK sufficient for approval w/o Sawston. You know this.

UK is the only jurisdiction where we know they have production today.

And why the huge focus on UK? Shouldn't they worry about US (where Cognate has shut down DCVax-L and did not restart it like Direct) and EU (where who knows what is the status) first?

I think many here would appreciate it if they made that clear in the PR and give time for the TLD.

The PR would be positive if they said, TLD will be on September XX.
Since we will apply for approval in UK we need to speed our Sawston construction.

Without this explanation, because Advent is not owned by NWBO, it looks like we are paying for LP's business.

I think it is still not late to make this announcement.


As a general rule, she should be extremely transparent about these type of issues, which involve a conflict of interest.
But she is very ambiguous.
