I remember reading somewhere that they will be used for vaccinations as well when a vaccine is ready. In the future they will be used for testing of other viruses and vaccinations as well. Hence this setup is being planned for the future, well past the COVID crisis.

Way more going on than Covid-19 here. Labs will be able to do all types of blood work just like Quest Diagnostics. TPTW is building a brand... Covid-19 just helping them deploy everything quicker.
