Why would Gary Cook convert his protected Series E shares to Common Shares if they were just going to RS 1000:1?

$124,696 debt converted into 24,939 Serie E shares which were then converted into 475,032,152 Common shares.

Looks like he converted debt into Series E at around a penny, then waited to convert back to common at "it's lowest point" to 475millions shares. Sounds like what some here claim is a pump and dump... Or is that only when regular shareholders do it, not board members and execs????

So instead of him taking 12.5 million common shares (or 125k) in March of 2022 when it was hovering around a penny, he waited until it was 0001-0003 to convert it back to 475 million shares... Hmmmmm

I wonder if we start to see others convert their Series E into Common.

So even if they do 1000:1 RS at 475 million shares he holds 475 thousand common shares. If they uplist after and those are worth $5 he stands to have 2.375 million $$ instead of the 125k from 2022

And again, that is at the current level. What if they drop some good news and pps goes up leading to a smaller RS?

Maybe this is completely wrong and my math aint mathing... Help me out here guys.

If the supposed group was doing what you say for as long as you say, everyone in the supposed group would own over 5% and it would be public anyway but it is not. Simple math. I bet you think everyone is tapping your phone, watching your house, stalking you and who knows what else. Hopeful. All depends on McRab shares and where they will sell them. Up to 2 billion registered at the .0003 level.

Must be coupled with news if they do dump as there isn’t enough interest without it.

The Vume app release though should be coming out this year. With a Vume release and any sort of UI minority acquisition definitely sets a good path for interest.

On top of that … which is doubtful they will convert but if all notes and preferred shares convert… over 100 billion shares.

RS will happen. We all know this. But hopefully that’s happens only when they get revenues and positive share holder equity. (Which will send this thing up).

Any yappy yap about the ‘they’ accumulating just tries to deflect the obvious and what the company itself is stating. Also has to happen in conjunction with some good PRs …
