As I've said here before, the level of FRAUD in larger cap stocks is staggering.
With penny stocks, a lot of the fraud of obvious so most prudent folks just avoid. BUT, with big caps the fraud is not so obvious and often ***concealed --- so you can have companies like ENRON that traded in the $80's with an astronomical market cap ---> which in the end ----> is a ZERO.
A lot of big caps probably should be ZERO. Did you read KODK's last Q. There's like nothing there. I's worth less than the 2 or 3 bucks it was trading at before the run.
