Hi pitcook, I may have misspoke. I was just an employee of the larger publicly listed company and the smaller company was private. So unfortunately I didn't make any money from that acquisition.
I see where you're coming from and agree with all you said about Acacia. It could unfold the way you say, where insiders have enough information to make educated guesses and tell their uncles to buy. But I personally don't think it will.
I just wanted to illustrate a point that we may very well close the market with 100k shares traded at 70 cents and open the next day to five million shares traded at 5 bucks a share. I think we could witness one of those situations that you mention where trade is halted pending news and it will be a one dollar stock until the day it is a twenty dollar stock.
