FKA:bioaq - After all this time, reading that **publicly posted** 6th Monitor's report with the unsealed documents would be very beneficial.... just pointing out the obvious. LCY owns the "Bioamber" trade name.

It has been stated Several times on this board that there is Not one connection between LCY and BIOAQ.
Well people, there it is! Two years in the making.

So LCY acquired BioAmber Inc., the one in CCAA, and not Bioamber Inc or BIOAMBER Inc, the entities that hold IPs and shares?
The length they went to, to confuse us ordinary shareholders. LOLz.

Also interesting, Naxamber, a company solely created by Naxos Capital Partners as an investment vehicle in Bioamber still active in Luxembourg with 100% control currently hold by Ms. Carole Piwnica, the founder of Naxos. Note also that they're assigned LEI on 12/21/2017.
