Yes in their winning bid they purchased all of the IP including the trade names and trademarks. There is still no super secret Easter egg that even remotely shows that there is a second step to the initial bid or that any money is coming to current shareholders. On the other side there is a ton of evidence showing that $4.3 milly is all that was paid and that equity holders are getting Zero for their safe shares
