LCY did not buy the company nor did they or will they purchase the shares. Bioamber is gone, there is no physically connection to "The Company". LCY owns the trade name & can use the name "Bioamber" any way they please, unfortunately to point out the obvious - just like they own the website, plant, patents and all the other assets. LCY is privately held.
