Kfa - I respect and empathize with your views.
I just see the 10Q statements to be fulfilling the transparency around schedule. I may be wrong, but I believe DL has happened on approximately July 2 give or take a few business days, and that they are now within the ‘several weeks’ of statistical analysis. They then said that they intend to share results with the SAB prior to going public. While I disagree with this approach, I accept this as their plan and part of the schedule of events.
Assuming this to be the case, I don’t think they owe me any further updates before TLD. Therefore, I expect TLD in the next 2-4 weeks and expect silence until that time.
I think DI has mucked this up by overpromising, but I expect that from someone in investor relations. Their job is to keep investors invested and will let fly thoughts that may not be consistent with the real experts... kinda like our president.
