Everyone needs to take a step back and look at the facts without emotion.
The process of data lock is managed by the CROs, not by the company management. Which is more likely, that a process that was estimated by the CRO to take approximately 8 days is now delayed past 30 days OR that the company has chosen not to announce data lock?
While it is possible some of the sites have dragged their feet to extend things out, there is really nothing that LP has control over in this process. If the unlikely event that things are so delayed that We are still awaiting lock, it is not because the company has lied or that some other nefarious argument has occurred, it is because some site could not get their shite together during COVID.
