skitahoe, I don't know the identity of the sites that signed-off and those that did not but on page 19 of the last 10-q is mentioned that 33 sites were still in various stages of the sign-off process, 10 sites have not yet started the process and the rest of the sites have completed that task.
Besides the IDH mutation work which may have represented most of the still unfinished work in early June, there may have still been some unfinished work, (genetically related work, MRI's) that due to the pandemic, have not yet been resolved by early June.
I am speculating that LP believed that she could initiate a soft data lock in mid June because the bulk of the missing data was composed of information related to the IDH mutation which can be analyzed separately and added to the results at a later date whereas the other remaining missing data was also not immediately crucial. However, this is just my guess.
I hope that by now all such problems have been resolved and that we are close to the end.
