If they need the money to continue we can't really blame them doing another financing.
Lets just hope it is not for $0.17 a share like the last one.
The man1pulators seem to have gotten the share prices down to between $0.28 to $0.29 a share so lets hope that is were it lands.
$0.38 would have been better :-)
