I’m with you on all your reasoning and certainly not selling before TLD no matter what, but the things that are really frustrating and close to fraudulent are the “substantially on schedule” and “provide updates if schedule changes”.
With each passing day, these 2 official public statements are proving to be false and this is further deteriorating confidence in an already suspect management team and the stock price is a reflection of this.
It sure would be nice if the DL happened already and we get a positive surprise for the first time this decade, but based on past actions I think it is the later (unanticipated delays).
Watching all these garbage COVID stocks go up 10x+++ is extra salt in the wounds.

Additional point. INmune’s quarterly financial report is due on August 11. Meaning INmune can be best valued at that point in terms of worth. I fully expect a merger or aquisition between the two companies this year.

Why?

1. Faster gateway to NASDAQ
2. Complimentary product lines that can be manufactured in existing infrastructure. INmune has only 7 employees and zero capability of production at this point.
3. INmune is the perfect size to acquire or merge with.
4. Full product portfolio focusing on dendritic cells and NK cells. Many disease states would be covered.

With all that the company would become a full portfolio biotech company with a high valuation.
In my opinion, news will come on or after Aug 12.
