They could collect data and do a soft lock for all the cohorts who have evented, announce the soft lock, and wait for the 5 year anniversary for the rest to do a DL.

So why the delay ?

I follow you religiously on this board along with a few others including the exwannabe (NWBO investor ;) ) because you guys know what your talking about.

My chips are on DL after the 5 year mark

Which thankfully is only a couple more weeks!

I will be happy to be wrong
