Agreed with the idea that the soft lock did occur already. Especially if the preparation for analysis and TLD may take weeks, why not starting the soft lock to start with the majority of the data? Why waiting until the remaining data comes in? This way imo those consultants can prepare it with no rush reducing errors and improving quality of the final results.

Ike. Thanks. Based off that premise, no news is good news.

press release
announcing the possible news which might or might not be coming in the mid July time frame unless other wise notified and your foolish enough to believe anything that is said with the long history of misleading time frames

Ike, I think you missed the update provided in the 6/24 10Q filing indicating another delay.

Since the Company’s prior updates, the CRO and service firms have completed the preparatory steps for all but about ten of the sites to be ready for the investigator’s sign-off. Among the sites who had reached readiness for sign-off, about 33 sites are in varying stages of accomplishing their sign-offs and the rest of the sites have completed theirs.

The independent service firms are pressing to obtain the rest of the site completions and investigator sign-offs. The Company hopes they will be completed by approximately the end of next week. Accordingly, the Company is aiming to proceed with data lock at approximately the end of next week.

As well, several posters have communicated with DI and have claimed that he has aserted that data lock would be announced. Here is what DI wrote to me on the subject:

I am not sure why this is an issue. We have said for a long while that we will notify all at the same time when we have reached lock.

Hope that helps

Dave

From these facts one likely can conclude that DL has not yet occurred but is very close. DL is out of their hands and at the mercy of the 43 PIs who need to confirm the accuracy of their data. I suppose the option is possible that DL has occurred but the company choses to make the announcement at a later time more strategic for their interests.

I do not know enough to understand the logistics.

Assuming worst case and all 33 in process sites needed the brief training, how many could be completed per week? Can you train them as a group in a video chat, or is this one by one?

After that there is final paperwork, or is that an e signature?

And there were 10 sites that had not started the process.

Worst case looked to me like a 1-3 month process and best case looks like a couple of weeks. It would be nice if there was a follow up communication.

The later, IMO. As if it’s a big deal to just release a pr stating we achieved dl. But no, instead we’re forced to believe this is another Powers plan to crush the shorts. lol. And if dl was achieved back then, as you say, LG had no business going on the Big Biz Show. A dl event should move them into a quiet period, IMO.
