They have not made an announcement so it is mostly guesswork and how much you believe them. On June 2, they issued a press release stating that they expected to complete datalock "by about mid-June or slightly thereafter," an update to their original prediction of late-May.

I do not believe that they ever said that they would announce data-lock, and they have said that they would announce if things were slower than their original estimate of late May, which they did. So they likely already completed data-lock (or their version of soft-data-lock which would involve beginning the statistical analysis while waiting on the last sites to lock) and the independent statisticians are working on the analysis to present to the company, a process they claim takes "several weeks."

They also said that if the analysis runs longer than expected they would PR that, so you can assume that they are still on course. Assuming datalock around the end of June, several weeks turns into six weeks, and you can expect an announcement in mid-August.

Or they could be completely full of it or way behind schedule.
