Dana Point is a nice hood. you are either beach side or bluff side, nice hotels, good restaurants near by and dive shops of mexican food all over for the surfers. A lot of people like to camp and surf at the old San Onorfre Nuke plant just down the freeway.
He is defiantly using using some nice addresses to pump his stocks.
