I think its a good way to handsomely pay a CEO of a burgeoning company without kneecapping us with a huge salary. Considering that the average CEO makes $7.4M in America, to pay Gary $48k is pretty reasonable. It also incentivises his salary. Remember that the next time anyone wants to whine about fins being late. It costs him a whole lot more money to see the PPS fall than you or I. All IMHO.
Pomay *Compared with his predecessor he has done extremeIy weII. Even before the Corona virus hit he projected profits toward the end of this year. That is great progress indeed compared with the numbers for the first three quarters Iast year. He appears to have saved PCT from going down the drain. For that he appears to deserve his shares.
So what I understand from this post (one that is a response to your own post LOL) is Mr. Grieco will be paid in 25 Million shares total, which is great news! Mr. Grieco will hold those shares TIGHT FISTED for at least a $1.00 PPS share target, (that's his APPROXIMATE end of year PPS target) but will most likely hold them for a multiple dollar price. I WOULD RATHER BE PAID IN COMPANY SHARES ALSO KNOWING WHERE GARY IS GOING TO TAKE US.
Mr. Grieco is very versed in the stock market, here read this........
Mr. Grieco was appointed to serve as a Director and as President of Bingham on August 10, 2016. He currently serves as a Director for Paradigm and from June 2014 to the present he has served as the President of Paradigm and has served as Secretary of that company since June 2012. He also served as Paradigm&rsquos Chief Financial Officer from June 2012 to June 2014. His responsibilities have included sales, marketing and testing of the Paradigm technologies and seeking additional technology for the company to license. He supervises four employees and two outside consultants. In addition, for the past 25 years he has served as President of 3GC, Ltd. He attended the University of Buffalo and studied securities analysis at the New York Institute of Finance and New York University.
This is exactly the best case scenario ! A ceo that is rewarded for his hard work right along with the shareholders. He is not pulling hundreds of thousands out - instead he earns as we earn. Anyone see it any other way is simply uneducated
