I think its a good way to handsomely pay a CEO of a burgeoning company without kneecapping us with a huge salary. Considering that the average CEO makes $7.4M in America, to pay Gary $48k is pretty reasonable. It also incentivises his salary. Remember that the next time anyone wants to whine about fins being late. It costs him a whole lot more money to see the PPS fall than you or I. All IMHO.
