I believe that Gary should have the opportunity to become a very wealthy man if he can take a company that was sub penny in 2019 and make it worth dollars. His tiny salary is an indication that he's not looking to tap the limited funds the company has available now, and he's betting his future on what he can do with the company over the next several years.
To me, most CEO's are greatly over rewarded, mostly on their bonuses, but most still have high 6 to 7 digit salaries. Clearly today PCTL has the challenge of moving from sub penny to dollars, and that sort of challenge doesn't attract someone who's already earning a 6 to 7 digit salary plus bonuses. Gary will warrant making millions a year if he makes us all a lot of money by growing the company to dollars a share.
