Investor, I just looked at Neurotropes website to see when they released bad news. It appears they got the data about July15 and released the bad news on September 5. So one reference point for delivering bad news, is at about 7 weeks. That is where we would be now, if the results were bad. (I never invested in ntrp!)

Assuming, like our AD data, a2-73 helps a subset of the PD patients as responders and super responders, as you noted. Arianna/kem type analysis probably will be run to data mine (not cherry pick) and prove the upstream thesis.

Also, given TGD's proclivity for data analysis, we can expect results soon!

Regarding the graph you referenced showing AV-273 concentration with APOE3 alleals along with those without it. The highest improvement on the graph involved APOE3 alleals, a variant form of a gene.

"There are three major forms of ApoE (i.e., ApoE2, ApoE3, and ApoE4); individuals who carry ApoE4 are up to 10 times more likely to develop Alzheimer's than those with ApoE2 and ApoE3 forms. ApoE4 promotes accumulation of the b-amyloid protein that causes the characteristic plaques seen in the brains of Alzheimer's patients."

Question, would Anavex refrain from signing up ApoE4 patients on the big trail coming up since they are 10 times more susceptible to the disease ? TIA.

I don't remember seeing this chart in the past. Wouldn't this suggest that A-273 is not all that effective if majority are seeing decline? just wanting help interpreting this chart if anyone has the time... thx.

where did you get that chart from?

This suggests 2-73 is a failure measured over the whole group...
so where can we find this chart.
