Regarding the graph you referenced showing AV-273 concentration with APOE3 alleals along with those without it. The highest improvement on the graph involved APOE3 alleals, a variant form of a gene.

ApoE4 promotes accumulation of the b-amyloid protein that causes the characteristic plaques seen in the brains of Alzheimer's patients."

Question, would Anavex refrain from signing up ApoE4 patients on the big trail coming up since they are 10 times more susceptible to the disease ? TIA.
