I believe this to be 100% correct. I don't think that Treasury will do it but they can at any time.

By all means it should have happened now for best conversion, no? Fnma at 2$ and change and prefs at what... $7?
Ooohhh I forgot! Both GSE's stock will magically go to .10 per share, then the government hands pref's a boat load of commons just because they can, it helps raise zilch capital....then commons goes too the moon. Am I right?
