I think you hit the nail on the head Ardly, I have felt similar thoughts for years now. The point I have tried to make with Bob over the years is that he helps far more people and saves far more lives by selling MORE systems and training packages. The more he sells, the more lives he saves. He doesn't seem to understand that if he has the greatest systems and product offerings in the world they do no good if no one buys them.
I also believe Bob has a bit of "laziness" within him. He continues to try to find the product that gets people knocking on his door and calling him rather than the other way around. This is fine but not the way the world works.
