GLOBAL IS ISSUING CERTS... Just spoke with Jeff and he said they resumed their issuances a few days ago.

Note... Jeff clarified that they were 'transferring' certs so if Delidog sells some of his shares to XYZ, then he can, in fact, transfer that number of shares to the new owner in cert form thru the TA.

I asked Jeff if Delidog was legit in what he was doing and Jeff said his certs were good so he could do what he was doing.

Just setting the record straight... definitely NOT endorsing anyone buy/sell CMKX certs!
