No Certs before Xmas - per 1st Global- from proboard 66

Jeff Mitchell confirmed today:( CMKX TA )

JEFF HAS NO IDEA WHEN CERTS WILL BE ISSUED AGAIN!

This is a change form his prior position that we were only a few days away from an issue date.

When I asked if he expected to have this resolved by xmas - he restated that at this time he could not predict when it will be resolved.

He suggested that Deli had better stop selling shares for now - since none of Deli's customers would get certs till further notice! He confirmed that Deli has known for about 3 weeks of the fact that 1st Global could not issue certs.

1. The company's problems were NOT RESOLVED.
2. He has plenty of CERT PAPER to issue certs.
3. No explanation yet why there is a delay.
4. Did not advise how many certs are backed up or for whom.

Will keep checking and will advise.
