is that including the compound 8% interest charge I've heard various figures from 800 mil to 5 Bil in posts 1.6 B would be fine by me given the price we bought the shares for how much is that per share do you figure ? approx ? I honestly think the 13 want to stay in the multi M stage & carter's not budging unless they start talks with a B you guys have been at it for years, I trust your figures/instincts, there's some smart shareholders on this board glad to be part of a winning ticker, finally in the last stretch.. .
It has been assumed that the AS was maxed out and we all went off of that number to assume worst case scenario numbers. However it was never confirmed by the TA whether the 1.6 billion number was indeed maxed out. I have always thought there is even more upside then we have all been discussing as the AS could actually be lower... I forget the last reported OS size but I want to say it was around 1.06 billion?
