M - can you please explain her shifting of the burden of proof onto Amarin... What is her plausible rationale?

Is this no different than in a criminal case if a judge found a defendant guilty because he (defendant) did not prove his innocence, eventhough the burden of proof is clearly on the prosecutor?

Or is this issue not as black/white?

Marjac...I would think it possible to see publicly her transcripts and renderings in trials post her tragedy and pre her decision in our case to see how she handled herself compared to her pre tragedies.

Black and white of evidence of temporary impairment if not clearly evident could be looked into through a complaint.

As with everybody my mind set is winning the appeal...as with that horrible call in the NFC championship game 2 years ago ( Rams/Saints) nothing could be done to overturn the call...fortunetly with our legal system checks and balances exist...what a great system.

Respectfull debate and disagreement and ideology sharpens iron.
