These cement companies must be dolts if they can't even broker their own deals...even though they are the ones with the export license. Good thing trusty PV showed up to help them out. The amazing thing is everyone continues to believe PV even though he is a proven liar.
The buyer pays. That's what buyers do, even if the commission is paid to the broker by the seller, or by the buyer as in a buyer's premium situation. All monies in the transaction come from the buyer to the seller and the broker, if there is one. That's business 101. Please keep your sarcasm in check, Jesus.
