So SLJB is brokering the deal...even though they don't have the cement nor the license to export it? They are using the suppliers cement & license? Yea, that makes sense. As much sense as everything else with SLJB.

These cement companies must be dolts if they can't even broker their own deals...even though they are the ones with the export license. Good thing trusty PV showed up to help them out. The amazing thing is everyone continues to believe PV even though he is a proven liar.
